Organic agriculture is a production management system that promotes strict respect for the links and natural balances between the soil, plants and animals. Unlike traditional agriculture, which relies heavily on chemicals and genetic engineering, organic farming relies on agronomic, biological, and mechanical methods such as green fertilizers, biological pest control, and special cultivation techniques to maintain soil productivity.
